Avalon AI provides an AI-powered real estate front desk system for real estate agents and brokerages. Services include automated lead response, voice AI calling, appointment scheduling, lead qualification, no-show recovery, and brokerage pipeline visibility.
Avalon AI is offered on a monthly subscription basis. Your subscription begins on the date of purchase. You may cancel at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We offer a 14-day free trial for new subscribers — no charges will be made during the trial period, and you may cancel before the trial ends with no obligation.
By using Avalon AI, you agree to ensure that all contacts entered into the system have provided consent to receive automated calls and text messages as required by the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and applicable state laws. You are responsible for obtaining proper consent from your leads and clients before using our automated outreach features.
You may not use Avalon AI to contact individuals who have not consented to receive communications, to send spam or unsolicited messages, to violate any applicable laws or regulations, or to engage in any deceptive or fraudulent practices.
Avalon AI is not responsible for missed leads, lost commissions, or business losses resulting from service outages, carrier delays, or A2P registration processing times. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the current billing period.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes via email or in-platform notification.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Mississippi. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Jackson County, Mississippi.
